We have worked on over 450+ projects in and around the London, Gatwick, Brighton, Oxford, Gravesend and Milton Keynes areas and have extensive experience in all of the RIBA Work Stages: Design, Planning Applications, Building Control, Working Drawings, Tender and on site project management.
Blackstone Architects can suggest and build a design team to suit the project scope. We have built long and established working relationships with other consultants such as Structural Engineers, Landscape Architects, M&E Engineers, Acoustic Engineers, Party Wall Surveyors and Interior Designs in order to ensure that your project benefits from the widest range of professional expertise possible.

Saquab is the founding director of Blackstone Architects.
He trained as an architect at the University of Liverpool and holds an MA from SOAS, University of London, as well as a DPhil from St Cross College, University of Oxford. With over 20 years of experience as a fully qualified and registered architect, he has led numerous projects with values up to £10 million and has worked extensively as a site-based architect.
Saquab’s expertise spans the residential and community sectors, and he is highly skilled in working with diverse materials, including ETFE cushions, structural steel, glass, and bespoke stonework. He has a particular interest in community architecture and has completed specialised courses on Geometry and Proportion at the University of Washington, USA.

Lynda is a Project Architect at Blackstone Architects.
She trained as an architect at the University of Manchester and brings over 20 years of experience as a fully qualified and registered architect. Lynda works closely with clients, leading the practice’s Planning and Building Control drawings, ensuring seamless integration of design and regulatory requirements.
