Blackstone Architects were commissioned to demolish the existing detached house on the site and replace it with a contemporary apartment building. We facilitated the process by introducing the client to a planning consultant, and after presenting a pre-application proposal, we successfully secured planning permission for nine apartments on our first submission.
Additionally, we collaborated closely with the Structural Engineer and Acoustic Engineer to develop a comprehensive set of detailed working drawings, while also managing the Building Control application to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
